Customer Support Data Analyst
Anexciting opportunity is available for a motivated candidate tocontribute to optimizing the content and quality of key data assets. As amember of the customer support team you will be responsible for understanding and improvingthe technology and ensuring the reliability of the data for its targetedaudience.
-Conduct web and phone research from public and proprietary sources to determine the reputation of telephone numbers
-Document results of research in the TNS portal
-Make changes to the reputation of telephone numbers in the TNS database as required
-Resolve internal and external support tickets related to the reputation of telephone numbers
-Maintain and update support procedures as required
-Assist team of fraud analysts in working through fraud alarm queues
-Transfer fraud cases into the case management software
-Assist with initial reviews and fraud scorecard processing
-Interact with clients to process the cases through the software
-Perform various administrative maintenance tasks
-Assist in reviewing and preparing ongoing reports
-Participate in analysis meetings with the internal team and clients
-Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
-Excellent analytical skills and ability to quickly grasp new concepts
-Trustworthy and accountable
-Bachelors degree or 2+ years equivalent experience
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize
