Duties SummaryAbout the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for providing expert analysis and provide the organization leadership with the information needed to align requirements and resources to best meet the organizations mission.Document the manpower requirements via the Table of Distribution and Allowances and Mobilization Table of Distribution and Allowances.Responsible for managing the organizations Service Contract Requirements and Requirement Evaluation and Requirement Evaluation board that are approved by the Service Component Command (GCC).Manage a sensitive/special purpose organization requirement determination in accordance with the service Manpower Determination and Documentation regulations, Joint Manpower, Management guidelines, and Sensitive Activities guidelines.Serves as a team member in the organizations Capabilities Development and applying the Doctrinal Changes, Organizational Changes is in the excepted service.Travel Required25% or less - You may be expected to travel for this position.Supervisory statusNoPromotion Potential13Requirements Conditions of EmploymentMust be able to pass the organization's Personnel Reliability Program which includes credit check, drug screening, polygraph and psychological evaluationMust be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI Security clearance with access to sensitive compartmented information and special access programs.Two year trial/probationary period may be required.In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.Incumbent must be willing to work overtime and irregular hours.Must sign a statement attesting to the understanding of DCIPS provisions.
