Position: Digital Marketing Director (Lead Generation) Location: McLean/Vienna, VA Status: Full Time Estimated Duration: Full Time Starts: As soon as the right candidate is presented Rate: Up to $130,000/year DOE Job Description: A client in Mclean, VA is looking for a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. Responsibilities: - The main focus of the position will be to develop, manage and optimize digital customer experience focusing on lead generation - Developing the strategy for our digital brand, paid search, search engine optimization (SEO) and brand awareness. - Ability to identify opportunities, challenges and solutions, and translate into documented strategy & planning roadmaps. - Manage SEO, paid search, display advertising - Manage digital marketing initiatives and maintain partnership with digital vendors - Craft market-specific digital strategies to brand and localize the brand voice. - Be able to personalize and customize messaging for key audiences. - Evaluate, research and review data to determine customer needs and preferences - Analyze performance and data to make adjustments to maximize investments in digital ads - Track performance and provide reporting on key market performance -Provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness of processes or programs. - Set and manage annual budget, including annual planning requests Requirements: - 7-10 years of digital marketing experience - Experience with content management systems, Sitecore experience a huge plus - Experience with Google Adwords, Analytics, Ad bidding software and Webmaster Tools reporting- Certification a plus - Ability to handle multiple projects/roles in an evolving environment - Strong focus on strategy and desire to lead a team.
