Job Description CompuGain is looking for a Sr. SharePoint Developer, with experience in Designing, developing, configuring and deploying Microsoft Office SharePoint Server applications that include document management, automated workflow, collaboration, messaging, and content management. Candidate has to work independently on core web development using the client-side technologies and need to be experienced in Nintex Forms and Workflow automations Responsibilities Develop custom applications utilizing InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, Nintex and other third-party applications that integrate with our current SharePoint 2013 environment and are flexible enough to migrate into O365. Provide Server Administration support Monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting an operational and sustainable SharePoint and SQL Server environment. Lead, participate, and coordinate IT projects, improvements, system modifications, implementations, and change management projects. Work with the core infrastructure, development, and business teams to identify requirements and design technical solutions based on documented best practices for the SharePoint platform while keeping in mind future migration to the O365 environment. Verify that projects use established organizational development standards and methodologies in all phases of the project. Develop training material and provide user training. Provide user support and other technical support as a member of the IT Service Desk. Required Skills Ability to quickly learn business and complex processes. Strong diagnostic ability when dealing with large SharePoint environments. Strong verbal, written, technical and communication skills. Ability to work with all levels of users - inexperienced non-technical users as well as experienced technical users. Skilled with Microsoft SharePoint , SQL, Scripting (PowerShell), HTML Design. In-depth understanding of Project Management Principles. Experience and knowledge of PowerPivot, Excel and office web services. Experience with workflow creation both out of the box, SharePoint Designer 2013, Visual Studio or other third-party workflow tools including Nintex. Working knowledge of General Networking and Server Hardware. Understanding of development and deployment between a development (test) environment and a production environment. Ability to plan and implement migrations between environments and versions of SharePoint as needed. Required Experience Experience supporting SharePoint Enterprise Systems as an IT System Administrator. Experience in leading enterprise projects, utilizing change management and project management best practices. 4 Year Bachelorrsquos degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 8+ years of SharePoint Experience. Extensive experience with Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms. 3 + years Programming Experience (ASP.NET, C, or VB, JavaScript). SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) report development experience. SharePoint Certifications are a plus (but are not mandatory). InfoPath 2013 experience is a plus.
