Job Summary

The Sr Lead Integrated Marketing Program Manager is a member of the Government Enterprise and Research marketing team and will assist in supporting the execution of go-to-market initiatives and programs for the state/local government and education business segment. This role will work closely with the Segment Strategy Managers to implement campaign strategies and field marketing managers to deliver on planned tactics.

Job Description
  • Collaborate with GEAR Segment Strategy, Solution Marketing, and Marketing Operations to develop demand generation strategies targeting key customer segments in alignment with sales feedback, new product releases and market opportunities
  • Designs and executes programmatic lead nurturing programs and demand generation campaigns that promote the company's products and solutions, align to the buyers journey and generate high quality sales opportunities to target segments.
  • Develops marketing messaging and materials for campaigns that are consistent with the company and brand positioning and aligned to target personas and segments.
  • Interface with field marketing team regularly to ensure tools, initiatives and best practices are adopted in regions and leads are followed up on.
  • Provides direction to internal and external agencies on creation of marketing assets (email, direct mail, etc.) and premium content (infographics, webinars, videos, white papers, etc.) for use in multi-channel demand generation campaigns. Manages third parties who enable program(s) and negotiates business terms and conditions of contracts.
  • Employs a disciplined approach to lead management and program performance, aligning lead management process to campaign strategies and partnering with inside sales/marketing development reps (MDRs) to enable effective disposition and nurturing of leads.
  • Partners with marketing operations teams to measure /analyze campaign performance and to optimize programs as needed on an ongoing basis.
  • Develops ideas and recommendations toward campaign process, system, and reporting improvements and incorporates them into existing and future programs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • 8+ years relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to create, edit and proof internal and external content and communications.
  • Have an understanding of the state and local government market.
  • Strong foundation in account based marketing concepts and tools including segmentation, buyer personas, buyers journeys, lead nurturing, marketing automation platforms, sales automation platforms, waterfall optimization, and inbound marketing.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized individual with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, highly-motivated, autonomous and proactive.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications, technology and/or IT marketplace desired.
  • Strong understanding of product portfolio, key segments, target customers, customer challenges, buyer profiles, and buying criteria.
  • Creative and innovative thinker, who also possesses strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-starter, who can take initiative and work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership for tools and process and also thrive in a highly collaborative environment
