Job DescriptionCACI is seeking a Training Program Analyst to support Army National Guard.What You ll Get to Do:Review and validate Annual Training (AT) Spend Plans from the 54 States and Territories.Review, load, reprogram, and distribute official Funding Allowance Documents (FAD s) through the Resource Management (RM) Online.Develop AT funding distribution plans for the 54 States and Territories based on annual Congressional appropriations.Create Status of Funds reports and Budget Execution reports using (RM) On-Line and the General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) for review and trend analysis.Write, review and update ARNG Guidance on the development and execution of Annual Training Plans.Review, validate, and track Annual Training Plans in the Army Training Management System (ATMS) for every Army National Guard Element in accordance with AR 350-1 and ARNG 350-1.Develop and review Army Training Management System (ATMS) training reports for readiness and trend analysis Review and update accounting code information in DFAS 37-100.Review and provide recommended updates to various ARNG training regulations and policy letters.Attend and provide technical support to ARNG G-3 Workshops. Develop and present briefings on the Annual Training Program at ARNG sponsored workshops.You ll Bring These Qualifications:10 Years of Military experience, preferably Army National Guard at the MSG-LTC Grades or as a government civilian or contractor.Active Secret clearance is required.These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:Bachelor Degree is desired.*This position description is not an active opening but is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available.
